For after-hour ENT emergencies, DIAL 703-257-3964 and ask for the ENT Specialist on call. Please reserve non-urgent calls for normal business hours. Limited same day or next day appointments are available.
WE PARTICIPATE WITH MANY HEALTH PLANS
Verification of coverage is performed prior to the time of the visit. Any patient financial responsibility will be collected at the time of the visit. Patients with out-of-network benefits and self pay patients are always welcome. If you have concerns regarding payment, please speak with the Receptionist or Office Manager.
24 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATION OF AN APPOINTMENT.
It is our office policy to charge a $75 fee for any failure to show or canceling your appointment the same day.
From Toll Road and Greenway
Exit Route 28 North to Sterling. Exit onto Route 7 East. Make a left at the second light (Palisades Parkway) and the first right onto Lake Center Plaza.
