INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY -Please call our office and listen to our voicemail message for up to date information. In most cases:

IF Loudoun County Public Schools are delayed - we will open at 10:00am. If LCPS closes we will try to open by 11:00 unless the weather requires us to close. If your appointment is affected, and we are open, please arrive at the opening time and we will see you in turn. If this is inconvenient, please call our office to reschedule. No fee will be assessed for canceling.

ENT EMERGENCIES
If you have a life threatening emergency, DIAL 911or go to the nearest emergency room. For urgent ENT problems occuring during regular business hours-call our office. For after-hour ENT emergencies, DIAL 703-257-3964 and ask for the ENT Specialist on call. Dr. Vasquez and Dr. Fox are not always the ENT on call. Please reserve non-urgent calls for normal business hours. Limited same day or next day appointments are available.

24 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATION OF AN APPOINTMENT.
It is our office policy to charge a $75 fee for any failure to show or canceling your appointment the same day.

YOUR COST

WE PARTICIPATE WITH MANY HEALTH PLANS
Verification of coverage is performed prior to the time of the visit. Any patient financial responsibility will be collected at the time of the visit. If you want to know what you will be paying please call your insurance before your visit. We are a specialist practice and we perform diagnostic testing. It is in your best interest to know your insurance benefits. Patients with out-of-network benefits and self pay patients are always welcome. If you have concerns regarding payment, please speak with the Receptionist or Office Manager.

We are located off of Route 7 between Cascade Parkway and Countryside Blvd on the same side of Route 7 as the Border Shopping Center and Regal Cinema. Our building is located in the same parking lot as Melodee Music and Cherry Blossom Restaurant off of Palisades Parkway.

Route 7 East From Tysons Corner, make a right onto Palisades Parkway and first right onto Lake Center Plaza.

Route 7 West from Leesburg, make a left onto Palisades Parkway and a right onto Lake Center Plaza.

APPOINTMENT HOURS

We are open Monday through Friday. Tuesday hours are only for audiology appointments. We also offer same day and next emergency appointments. (Limited availability.)

SURGERY SCHEDULING

Our doctors are surgeons and perform surgery on alternating Tues, Wed, and Thurs at either Reston Surgery Center or Loudoun Ambulatory Surgery Center.
